You will lead PT, OT, and SLP rehab operations, ensure compliance, and drive patient outcomes. This full-time, direct-hire leadership role requires a CA PTA license and proven DOR experience in a senior living setting. No clinicians without mgmt track.

Qualifications

• Requires active PTA license in California.
• Minimum 1 year as a DOR in a Senior Living Community or equivalent (REQUIRED).
