Recor Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Manager to implement therapy and market development programs for hypertension management using the Paradise™ uRDN System. This role requires a strong background in sales, particularly within clinical environments, and expertise in managing relationships within healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, with a focus on building awareness for innovative therapy options. This position is critical for improving patient access to renal denervation therapy.

With our Paradise™ uRDN System, we’re on a mission to provide the millions of people who suffer from hypertension with a non‑drug and minimally invasive option to lower their blood pressure.
The Therapy Development Manager will lead the implementation of therapy and market development programs for improving patient access, patient pathways, and development of reference sites in the field of renal denervation per ultrasound. The role will engage the marketing team, therapy specialists, and customers to build awareness and availability of the Paradise therapy for all patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension. This position is located in Denver.
$120,000‑$150,000 (Annual Base Salary)
Employment for all field‑based roles is contingent upon successfully completing a pre‑employment background check and drug screen to ensure the highest level of integrity and accountability in patient care.
Certain field‑based roles require work in environments where radiation sources (e.g., x‑ray equipment) are used. Employees will be issued a personal dosimetry badge and required to wear it in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards. Additional guidance and protective equipment will be provided as part of onboarding and ongoing safety training.
