Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a field-based professional to drive therapy development awareness and grow the patient pipeline across the territory. You will educate PCPs and specialists, build referral networks, and support program expansion, reporting to the Regional Manager.

This role requires travel within the territory and a strong clinical and sales background. The position emphasizes collaboration with Territory Managers, managing physician engagement, and expanding opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.
• Referral development or market development experience.
• Territory support or account management experience.
• Clinical experience supporting healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community.
• Grow pipeline and patient conversion to therapy.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand/deepen physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed, secondary to referral development responsibilities.
