Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. seeks a field-based professional to drive therapy development awareness and grow referral pipelines in the assigned territory.

You will educate PCPs, internal medicine and cardiology providers, execute referral-growth initiatives, and support community education events to expand therapy adoption. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires travel, clinical understanding of implant therapy, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.]

Responsibilities

• Educate providers in your community to grow pipeline and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and transition customers from unaware to advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and field reporting obligations.
