Job summary

NeuroPace is seeking an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to join our Denver, CO territory. The role focuses on expanding clinical practice for epilepsy care and promoting the RNS System to physicians and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building physician champions, educating patients and clinicians, and driving territory growth. Travel is extensive, and experience with neurology or neuromodulation is preferred. NeuroPace offers a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Prior exposure to neurology, neuromodulation, or surgical specialties is preferred.
• Travel to customer clinics, hospitals and meetings ~80% of time; Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop physician champions for product adoption in new accounts.
• Serve as field resource for competitive positioning in target accounts.
• Educate customers on RNS System using slides, sheets, iPad, and manuals.
• Manage patient education programs and support in-clinic programming.
• Track referral activity and territory performance in Salesforce.
