Job summary

NeuroPace, based in Mountain View, CA, seeks an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to join the Memphis, TN area team. You will drive sales strategy, develop physician champions, educate clinicians on the RNS System, and support patient education programs across key accounts.

This role requires extensive travel to customer sites and collaboration with neurologists and epileptologists. The position offers a dynamic, clinical sales environment with opportunities to promote

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting aggressive sales strategy to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Develop physician champions for product adoption and expand user base.
• Serve as a key field resource for competitive positioning in target accounts.
• Educate customers on NeuroPace's RNS System through presentations and demonstrations.
• Track and report referral activity, clinic utilization, and case support.
