Job summary

NeuroPace is seeking an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to the North Carolina/South Carolina region. You will work closely with epileptologists, neurosurgeons, and other clinicians to expand adoption of the RNS System and support patient care pathways.

The role requires 1–3 years of medical device sales, strong presentation skills, and ability to travel up to 80%. ABachelor’s degree is required, and experience with neurology or neuromodulation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ sales experience in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Prior exposure to neurology, neuromodulation, or surgical specialties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop aggressive sales strategy to grow new and existing accounts in the territory.
• Build physician champions for product adoption and expand user base per generator.
• Serve as field resource for competitive positioning in target accounts.
• Educate customers on NeuroPace RNS System through presentations and demos.
• Cover surgical cases and support therapy consultants with OR logistics and patient workflow.
• Track referral activity and clinic utilization in Salesforce.com.
