Job summary

NeuroPace seeks an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to drive sales and clinical adoption in the Seattle, WA territory. You will collaborate with epileptologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons to promote NeuroPace’s RNS System and expand patient access.

The role requires building physician relationships, educating clinicians, and supporting patient education programs across sites. Travel ~80% and a strong clinical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ sales experience within the medical device industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Prior exposure to neurology, neuromodulation or surgical specialties is preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting an aggressive sales strategy to develop new accounts and grow existing accounts in the territory
• Develop physician champions for product adoption and increase user base per generator
• Serve as a field resource for competitive positioning in target accounts
• Educate customers on RNS System through presentations and demonstrations
• Support patient education programs and clinic workflows in key accounts
• Cover surgical cases and support OR logistics and patient workflow
