Job summary

NeuroPace in Mountain View, CA, seeks an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to join the Richmond, VA region and Mid-Atlantic South. You will build clinical partnerships with epileptologists, neurologists, and surgical specialists to promote the RNS System.

The role combines clinical education, field-based sales, and program development across accounts, with travel to customer sites and participation in patient education initiatives; the successful candidate will drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Prior exposure to neurology, neuromodulation, or surgical specialties is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop physician champions for product adoption in new accounts.
• Drive competitive positioning with target accounts.
• Educate clinicians using consultative or solution-need selling techniques.
• Establish relationships with epileptologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons in the territory.
• Manage customer education and training programs sponsored by the company.
• Educate customers on the RNS System through presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate patient education programs with Field Clinical Engineers.
• Cover OR logistics and patient workflow for surgical cases.
• Track referral activity, clinic utilization, and case support in Salesforce.
