NeuroPace, based in Mountain View, CA, seeks an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to expand clinical practice for the epilepsy-focused RNS System in the Cincinnati territory. You’ll collaborate with epileptologists, neurologists, and surgical teams to drive adoption and patient education, while advancing relationships with key decision-makers.

The role requires 1–3 years of medical device sales experience, strong communication, and up to 80% travel with a valid license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with neurology, neuromodulation, or surgical specialties is preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~80% of the time; valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Develop physician champions for product adoption in new accounts.
• Serve as field resource for competitive positioning in target accounts.
• Educate customers on RNS System through presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage patient education programs and OR logistics support.
• Track referral activity and clinic utilization in Salesforce.
