Job summary

NeuroPace, based in Mountain View, CA, seeks an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep for the Cincinnati territory. You will drive sales strategy, develop physician champions, and educate clinicians on the RNS System across epilepsy centers.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical devices, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Expect ~80% travel and close collaboration with clinical engineers and regional management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with neurology or surgical specialties is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~80% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop aggressive sales strategies to grow new and existing accounts in the territory.
• Cultivate physician champions to drive product adoption and expand user base.
• Educate customers on RNS System through clinical presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Field Clinical Engineers on patient education programs and OR logistics.
• Track referrals, clinic utilization, and report territory performance in Salesforce.
