Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) seeks a Rehab Aide to support Physical and Occupational Therapists and Assistants in patient care, under supervision as required. The role may include front desk tasks and adherence to Medicare rules and CAO policies.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment setup, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and coordinating schedules. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, CPR, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience and proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
• Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic clinic setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment setup and modalities for non-Medicare patients.
• Disinfect and clean clinic, maintain equipment and surfaces.
• Adhere to clinic schedules and accommodate varying hours including evenings and Saturdays.
• Perform front desk duties: phone, scheduling, registration, insurance verification as needed.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain agenda when absent.
• Support clinic operations and coordinate with other CAO locations.
• Other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager/Therapy Director.
