Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Rehab Aide to provide essential support to Physical and Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants across our clinics. You will assist with patient care, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain high clinic cleanliness and efficiency.

You will also handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience and proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
• Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate in a decentralized organization.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Windows-based office technologies (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Able to work independently and present professionally.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Completes Rehab Aide training and passes CAO proficiency exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treating non-Medicare patients under supervision.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain cleanliness to high standards.
• Adhere to flexible work schedules including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Assist with front desk duties: phone, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain agendas if unavailable.
• Support smooth clinic operations and coverage at other CAO locations when needed.
• Participate in Therapy team activities and CAO events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
