Job summary

Strong leadership and communication are essential to guide a busy call center team. Responsibilities include hands-on training, staff supervision, timecard management, and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Education: HS/GED required.
• Experience: multi-lined phone experience preferred; leadership & customer service representative experience preferred.
• Skills: able to work under pressure, multitask, meet deadlines; strong organizational and writing abilities.
• Communication: speak clearly and concisely; independent, self-starting, highly motivated.
• Team: proven positive, teamwork attitude in work history.

Responsibilities

• Train and support new Therapy Call Center employees and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Provide hands-on training in patient scheduling, calls, referral management, and coordinating therapy services.
• Assist with daily call center duties, monitor referral workflows, and support team members.
• Supervise staff, manage timecards, and conduct employee evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.
