Job description

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Call Center Team Lead. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Call Center Team Lead is responsible for training and supporting new Therapy Call Center employees while ensuring efficient daily operations at TOC Therapy in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides hands‑on training in patient scheduling, incoming and outgoing calls, referral management, and coordination of therapy services across all TOC locations. When not conducting training, the individual will assist with daily call center responsibilities, monitor referral workflows, and provide ongoing support to team members. Additional responsibilities include assisting with staff supervision, timecard management, and employee evaluations. The Therapy Call Center Team Lead must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Multi-lined phone experience preferred. Leadership & Customer Service Representative experience preferred.
