Huntsville Hospital seeks a Supervisor to assist in training and supervising courtesy, call center, security, command center, and courier staff. Under the Department Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations with focus on service quality and policy enforcement. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Must have 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Must possess a driver's license and be insurable by HH standards.
• CPR certification
• MOAB certification
• State of Alabama Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement & an up to date DOT Medical Examiners Certificate

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and supervision of Huntsville Hospital courtesy, call center, security officer, command center, and courier staff.
• Under the supervision of the assigned Department Supervisor, is responsible for the day to day operations.
