Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in the United States seeks a Field-based Therapy Development Specialist to educate providers and grow the referral pipeline for our OSA therapy. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharma/medical device sales; ability to travel; strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community.
• Grow pipeline and patient conversion to therapy under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Support referral channel growth initiatives and physician engagement.
