Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in El Paso, TX is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow our OSA therapy pipeline. You will educate PCPs and specialists, build relationships, and drive referrals to therapy while representing a leading medical device.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years' experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community and grow pipeline and patient conversion.
• Educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers who treat/manage patients with OSA.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager to expand physician engagement and practice growth.
• Maintain CRM with logging of customer engagements and creation of physician profiles.
