Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Minnesota Eden Prairie is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our PHP/IOP programs as a therapist. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy, assessment, and treatment planning in an acute care setting.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, adhering to ethical guidelines, documenting progress, and participating in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; healthcare/psychiatric experience preferred.
• In-training licensure: LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state of practice.
• Wisconsin credentialing may be required for substance-use programs (SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions; provide therapy to address needs.
• Assess patients' needs and develop concise treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain required records timely.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Report suspected abuse per state laws and program policy.
