Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• In-training LPC-IT or MFT-TL or APSW or equivalent in state practice.
• If required by program, SAC-IT or CSAC credential in Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop customized treatment plans and facilitate treatment team meetings.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients on mental health and aftercare options.
• Document progress and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Report suspected abuse per state law and policy.
