Job summary

Wisconsin Behavioral Health in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Therapist to join the founding clinical team for our new PHP/IOP program. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to shape clinical experience, care models, and outcomes from the ground up.

You will carry a caseload, provide individual and group therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document in compliance with payer requirements, and build partnerships to support program growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin APSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, or LMFT-IT license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting with group facilitation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programming.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight to treatment planning and level-of-care decisions.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination staff to support smooth client flow and positive outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program with professionalism in the community.
• Contribute to a program culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and high-quality care.
