Job summary

Health Connect America seeks a Georgia Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in homes, schools, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, plan treatments, and provide individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with treatment teams and community partners.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling with eligibility for GA licensure and at least two years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years experience with children and/or families.
• Must be eligible for Georgia licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain documentation per organizational and regulatory standards.
