Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia seeks a licensed therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in homes, schools, and communities. You'll conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapy to support children and families.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, collaboration with treatment teams and community partners, and crisis intervention when needed. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, be eligible for Georgia licensure

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in Georgia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain engagement with clients and families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals with proper documentation.
