Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapist to deliver comprehensive, clinically sound mental health services across diverse populations in Georgia. You’ll perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop goal-oriented treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on measurable progress.

The role may be clinic-, community-based, or hybrid, with a caseload, crisis support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children and/or families.
• Licensure eligibility in GA as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to address a range of mental health needs.
• Maintain engagement with clients, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources for holistic care.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure regulatory and ethical standards.
