Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to clients across multiple states. The role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy in individual, group, and family settings within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, licensure eligibility as LPC/LMFT/LCSW, and compliance with state requirements,

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• State-specific requirements include licensure eligibility in TN and related states.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and treatment strategies.
