Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is seeking a licensed therapist to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services for children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy in home, school, or community settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate, culturally responsive care, collaboration with schools and partners, and ongoing professional development to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships.
• Must be eligible for Georgia professional licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to promote emotional wellness and positive behavioral health outcomes.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and timely documentation.
