Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Georgia Therapist to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and eligibility for Georgia licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field is required,
• Strong clinical skills and experience in behavioral health
• Eligibility for Georgia licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW is required or anticipated

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral health services to children, families, and individuals
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, with documentation compliant with standards
• Complete required documentation and maintain fidelity to program models
