Calvary Healing Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a full-time Therapist to provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in the Phoenix area. The role includes creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, based on psycho-social history and assessments.

You will facilitate group therapy to maximize peer input, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients through detox and inpatient programs, PHP, and IOP offerings at our Phoenix flagship

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.

Formation

Masters degree in counseling related.

Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)

Fingerprint ClearanceCard

BLS and First Aid Certification (within 30 days)

Handle With Care Training (within 30 days)

Experience with inpatient and outpatient treatment

1 year experience in psychiatric/behavioral health inpatient setting (preferred)
