Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix seeks an outpatient therapist for a full-time position offering 40 hours per week and full benefits. The center provides a full continuum of care for adults with addiction, including detox, inpatient, PHP, and IOP, with satellite clinics and holistic programs.

The role focuses on direct patient care, individualized treatment planning, and leading group therapy within a supportive network of clinicians and leaders across the UHS family.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient treatment
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure safety and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a timely manner.
• Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Education

Masters degree in counseling

Arizona Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)

Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

BLS and First Aid Certification
