Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling related.
• Arizona licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) or equivalent.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working within an IOP and PHP program.
• Preferred one year in psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients and ensure safety and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with psycho-social history assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.
