Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Outpatient Therapist (PRN) to provide direct patient care for behavioral health patients and to develop individualized treatment plans. The role includes facilitating group therapy and ensuring safety for patients and staff in a diverse clinical setting.

The position requires an Arizona state license (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW), a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, and completed BLS/First Aid and Handle With Care training within 30 days of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling related.
• Arizona licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) or equivalent.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working within an IOP and PHP program.
• Preferred one year in psychiatric inpatient setting.

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients and ensure safety and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with psycho-social history assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.

Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Summary of Duties:

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications

Outpatient Therapist Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Successful completion of Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment
• Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
