Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Director of Outpatient Services to lead the day-to-day clinical operations across our outpatient programs, including PHP and IOP. The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, quality patient care, and program development.

You will supervise clinical staff, oversee admissions and treatment planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Director of Clinical Services to advance our mission of compassionate, evidence-based

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, therapy or related field.
• Licensed (or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days) in AZ.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day program services, consulting with Director of Clinical Services in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services.
• Consult with the Director of Clinical Services in development and facilitation of program activities to ensure an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
• Develop and direct a system that ensures individual patients and their families are involved in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, process, and/or support groups; oversee admissions, discharges and transfers; ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Meet regularly with the Director of Clinical Services and staff to ensure compliance with goals and objectives.
• Ensure adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff, including scheduling, evaluation and discipline.
