Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related field.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW).
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Successful completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working within an IOP and PHP Program.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure safety and well-being of patients and staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients promptly.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.
