Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Licensed Therapist for PRN (as needed) support across our detox and inpatient programs, PHP, and IOP. You will provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy to enhance recovery.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW).
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Successful completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working within an IOP and PHP Program.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner.
• Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Education

Masters degree in counseling related

Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)

Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card

BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days

Handle With Care Training within 30 days

Experience in IOP and PHP programs
