Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid teaching certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a teacher in special education.
• Experience with the Monarch Integrated Methodology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Monarch Integrated Methodology to strengthen relationships with students.
• Collaborate with Therapy Services to ensure consistent language and experiences.
• Develop and implement student treatment plans.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for diverse learning styles.
• Support and supervise students in various activities.
• Document progress at designated intervals and participate in staff meetings.
