Job summary

The Monarch School and Institute in Texas seeks a Licensed School Psychologist to coordinate all therapeutic programs for learners with neurological differences. You will work under the Head of School and Institute and be a key member of the leadership team.

Responsibilities include developing assessment schedules, supporting therapy services, collaborating with Admissions, and guiding coaches and program leaders to implement Monarch’s Four Core Goals across care levels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology and TX licensure.
• 3-5 years administrative experience in a school setting preferred.
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments and Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapeutic program activities under the Head of School and Institute (HoS).
• Lead Monarch Four Core Goals assessment scheduling and reporting.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Program Leaders and Coaches to support student progress.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to therapy teams and ensure quality of services.
• Attend HoS Leadership Team meetings and contribute to program evaluation.
