Job summary

Pathway Family Services is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor age 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years in a residential program. The role requires Safe Crisis Management training and completion of Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Certification Training, plus national certification within the first year.

A valid driver’s license is also required. You will oversee staff, lead therapeutic groups, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with case

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attainment of residential child care certifications is expected.
• Experience in residential settings and supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of staff in a residential facility.
• Lead therapeutic groups and promote proactive behavior management.
• Develop staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with case management, therapy, and education teams.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures.
