Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a program supervisor to oversee teachers and counselors in residential settings, directing therapy, schedule coordination, and daily operations. You will ensure compliance with RE-ED and CPS philosophies and lead staff development to support youth outcomes.

The role requires a master's or relevant behavioral science degree, with preferred experience in youth services and crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising youth-focused staff and programs.
• Background in counseling or behavioral health services.
• Ability to train and develop clinical and instructional staff.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and provides therapeutic services to youth in assigned program.
• Supervises teachers and counselors; coordinates work and evaluates performance.
• Leads onboarding, training, and development of assigned staff.
• Maintains program schedules and ensures safety and compliance.
