Job summary

Valley Youth House in Bethlehem is seeking a Supervisor to provide high quality leadership and supervision across program settings. You will foster a youth-centered, culturally sensitive environment and guide staff to deliver services in line with regulatory standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of trauma-informed residential youth work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet DHS licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 21+ years old with alignment to program goals.
• 2–3 years experience with adolescent youth in trauma-informed residential setting.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle insurance and inspection.
• Pass annual motor vehicle clearance for agency vehicles.
• No prohibited criminal or child abuse offenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and supervision to team members.
• Monitor, ensure quality and safe service delivery in compliance with standards.
• Monitor, prepare and submit program and financial outcome reports.
• Attend trainings and complete required trainings per funder/licensing regulations.
