Job summary

Pathway Family Services seeks a full-time Residential Supervisor to lead a team in a residential program, ensuring safety, quality care, and positive outcomes for youth. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience, and completion of required trainings.

You will oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with case management, therapy, and education teams while promoting trauma-informed care and best practices in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct service staff in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care in treatment programs.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train new staff and conduct evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of staff and oversee program operations.
• Develop staff schedules for adequate coverage and supervision.
• Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing training.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Collaborate with case management, therapy and education teams.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures.
• Serve as point of contact for staff concerns or emergencies.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and documentation of staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours issues.
• Coordinate with residential leadership to address systemic issues.
• Develop procedures to ensure accurate information flow.
• Promote teamwork and cultural sensitivity in daily work.
