Job summary

Hillside is seeking a Supervisor Residential to oversee therapeutic services within our Residential program. The role ensures efficient daily operations, staff scheduling, hiring, and ongoing regulatory compliance to support youth, families, and staff.

The supervisor will foster a safe, nurturing environment and collaborate with the treatment team to meet treatment goals and document progress for regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in a residential care setting.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement participant treatment goals in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Train direct reports to engage with youth and ensure safety.
• Maintain staff schedules for adequate coverage and policy compliance.
