Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is seeking Relief Residential Supervisors to join our residential group homes serving at-risk youth. You will lead staff coverage, ensure site compliance, and support the development and monitoring of client treatment plans.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license, CORI/DCF checks, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent direct experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass CORI and DCF background checks and a driving background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff coverage schedules and monitor performance.
• Maintain group home site compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in creating, implementing and monitoring client treatment plans.
