Global Awakening seeks a part-time Assistant for the Global Awakening Theological Seminary (GATS) in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role provides pastoral care and administrative support for Masters and Doctoral programs, coordinating tasks, communications, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with staff and volunteers to strengthen relationships, manage communications, and help promote events and enrollment opportunities across GA networks.

• Personable and able to relate well to students in higher education.
• Demonstrated Christian character and commitment to Global Awakening's mission.

Responsabilités

• Partner with GATS staff and volunteers to strengthen relationships and provide pastoral care for Masters and Doctoral students.
• Maintain regular communication with students through calls, emails, and other means.
• Assist the Academic Dean and Doctoral Registrar with administrative tasks and file management across GATS, FFCU, and Global Awakening.
• Develop and implement student connection and communication strategies between GA and FFCU, promoting events and program updates.
• Support planning, coordination, and hosting of Doctoral Intensives and Graduation ceremonies; assist with GA event promotions.
