The Grove Community Church is seeking a part-time Global Outreach Ministry Assistant to support the Outreach Pastor and team. This role focuses on administrative coordination, communications with Global Partners, and event/training material development.

You will help manage schedules, databases, and partner information while assisting with volunteer onboarding and Love Offering preparations. This position blends faith-driven service with organized, professional administration.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support and coordinating communications.
• Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with database records and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Outreach calls, emails, and workflow.
• Assist in planning outreach events and training materials.
• Maintain Outreach database and department files in SharePoint and Monday.
• Support onboarding of volunteers and Global Partners.
• Track expenditures, create PO requests, and prepare reports.
