Job summary

ACME Corp is seeking a Theatrical Installation Sales Project Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of sales projects from initial contact to closure. You will collaborate with SMEs, vendors, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

This role requires traveling to client sites, working with various departments, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate timekeeping and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales roles.
• At least one year of technical theater experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, Wrike, or Odoo is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in schools and military installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of sales projects from initial contact to closure.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals.
• Develop project plans, define scope, identify resources, and allocate tasks.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Record hours using the timeclock system and submit expenses on time.
