Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Experience with technical lighting and audio preferred.
• Event setup and planning experience is a plus.
• Proficient with a computer and smartphone; Google Workspace preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Windward Software is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between ACME and customers, delivering excellent service.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, bids, and sales orders.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and draft service agreements.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Fabrication, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and installations with internal departments.
• Record hours accurately and submit expense reports on time.
