Job summary

Acosta, Inc. seeks a hands-on Retail Installation Team Lead to guide field projects from kickoff to completion. You will oversee installations, merchandising, and display builds, coordinating on-site teams while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires effective communication with store leadership and clients to deliver on schedule. The position involves full-time hours, occasional evenings or weekends, and travel as needed to support projects, with a strong emphasis on practical

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products, including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting.
• Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop or PC.
• Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
