Theater Outsource Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead stage-rigging, lighting and AV installation projects from specification through closeout.

You will read drawings, coordinate people and materials, manage site conditions, and keep complex projects moving. The ideal candidate has five+ years in theatrical project management, knowledge of rigging, lighting and AV systems, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and CAD tools.

• Five+ years of professional theatrical project management.
• Know how to rig, light, and AV theater systems.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, estimating and scheduling.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and job-site conditions.
• Proficient with MS Office, Acrobat/Bluebeam, Vectorworks/AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project expectations, schedules, and deliverables from kickoff to closeout.
• Interpret specs, plans, drawings, and riser diagrams.
• Create equipment takeoffs, obtain supplier pricing, support labor estimates, and bids.
• Coordinate submittals, shipments, installation schedules, and project docs.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, installers, engineering, and sales teams.
• Identify and solve site challenges with installation, engineering, and sales.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships.
• Apply installation and project-delivery standards.
• Support other PM and estimating responsibilities as needed.

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000, based on experience

The Opportunity

A growing theatrical systems integrator is seeking a ProjectManager to lead stage-rigging, entertainment lighting and AV installation projects from specification andestimate through submittals, procurement, installation, and closeout.

This role is for someone with real theatrical rigging, lighting and AV knowledge who can read drawings, coordinate people and materials, manage siteconditions, and keep technically complex projects moving. You will work closelywith installation, engineering, sales, suppliers, and other job-site trades todeliver safe, well-executed systems.

What You’ll Do

• Manageproject expectations, schedules, priorities, and deliverables from kickoffthrough completion.
  
• Interpretand work from specifications, building plans, drawings, and riserdiagrams.
  
• Createaccurate equipment takeoffs, obtain supplier pricing, support laborestimates, and develop proposals and bids.
  
• Coordinatesubmittals, shipments, installation schedules, and project documentation.
  
• Communicateproactively with clients, suppliers, installers, engineering teams, salesteams, and on-site trades.

What You Bring

• Atleast five years of professional theatrical project management experience.
  
• Knowledgeof theatrical rigging, lighting and AV systems and related equipment;
  
• Experiencewith project planning, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
  
• Strongability to interpret drawings, specifications, and job-site conditions.
  
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, Acrobat or Bluebeam, and Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
  
• Excellentorganization, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencewith motorized hoists, rigging automation, or related control systems.
  
• Experience entertainment lighting, AV, or other performance systems
