Job summary

ACME Corp. Production Resources is seeking a Production Lead to supervise the setup and breakdown of event equipment, ensuring client specifications and safety standards are met. You will lead installers, drive equipment to venues, and coordinate with Sales Project Managers to fulfill client requirements.

On-site and warehouse collaboration is required to prep, load, deliver, and return gear. The role demands physical stamina, long hours, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience leading installations teams for live events.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work long hours.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and teardown of event equipment to client specifications.
• Lead a team of installers and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Transport equipment to/from venues and manage on-site logistics.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production leadership and complete required paperwork.
