Iyuno SDI Group in Burbank, California, is seeking a senior leader to oversee studio operations, dubbing, and localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and to client expectations while upholding quality standards.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary production teams, manage workloads and resources, monitor costs, build budgets, and work with Sales, Client Services, Production, and Finance to price projects and forecast demand for global clients.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in studio operations, dubbing, or related entertainment production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams and coordinating managers, engineers, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of dubbing and localization workflows, including lip-sync, editing, mixing, and delivery requirements.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, production capacity, resource allocation, and changing client requirements.
• Experience evaluating workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Budget awareness and experience monitoring costs, vendor spend, and resource utilization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support studio production teams, including production coordination, audio engineering, and production management, to deliver projects on schedule and in line with quality and client requirements.
• Plan and review workloads, staffing, facilities, equipment, and other production resources to balance capacity, deadlines, and business priorities.
• Set clear priorities and expectations for direct reports; provide regular coaching, feedback, mentorship, and performance support.
• Monitor production workflows and operational performance; identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Production teams to assess project requirements, develop workable production plans, and support estimates or quotes as needed.
• Manage operational costs and contribute to budget planning, resource forecasting, and cost-control initiatives while protecting delivery and quality standards.
