Job summary

Iyuno is seeking a Director of Studio Operations in Burbank to lead our dubbing and audio localization studios. You will manage production teams, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

You will partner with Sales, Client Services, and Production to plan workloads, review estimates, and maintain quality standards while controlling costs. This role requires strong leadership across time zones and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in studio operations, dubbing, audio post-production, media localization.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary production teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support studio production teams to deliver projects on schedule and to client specifications.
• Plan workloads, staffing, facilities, equipment, and resources to balance capacity and deadlines.
• Set clear priorities for direct reports and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Production to assess requirements and support estimates or quotes.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasts, and cost controls while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
